Catalyst Education of Colorado is a comprehensive high school that serves students in Boulder County and along the Front Range. Also known as Catalyst EDU, we tailor our services to meet each individual student’s academic, social, and emotional needs. Our students experience a flexible schedule, supportive personal relationships and high scholastic expectations in a comfortable, serious atmosphere. 

Catalyst EDU is an outstanding option for any high school student who seeks less “drama”, more meaningful challenges, and a “get to business” program. Catalyst EDU is ideal for the student who seeks relationships with teachers, may have experienced some type of personal setback, may need flexibility to support a career or to combine with other service, or who may not feel comfortable in traditional school.  While many are extremely bright, most of our students have a history of performing far below their academic potential and have a history of attendance problems.

Individually designed academic classes and credits earned via community-based experiences form the backbone of a Catalyst Education.  Industry-standard assessments measure academic and personal growth over time. Letter grades from an accredited high school and on-going portfolio work demonstrate a balance of traditional content and contemporary skills essential for a 21st Century education. Our school’s college-like block schedule is designed to fit around each student's commitments and is ideal preparation for acceptance to universities or other post-secondary options.
